Kevin Nandase Wagubi, a seasoned banker with extensive experience in both Human Resources and Business within the financial industry and with a career spanning 20 years has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Equity Bank Uganda.
Previously serving as the Head of Human Capital Management at United Bank of Africa Uganda since June 2018, she has held various roles in prominent financial institutions.
Her previous positions include Manager HR Business Partnering at Centenary Bank, HR Business Partner at Stanbic Bank, and Human Capital Manager at Orient Bank. She has a Masters in Management specializing in Human Resource Management, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Education.
Throughout her career, Kevin has demonstrated her ability to provide strategic HR guidance to drive business objectives, facilitate cultural transformation, and enhance staff productivity and performance management.
